- Zero Rollover: Any remaining balances (e.g. pod sessions) reset to zero upon expiration of the Active Term for the membership and hold no conversion to cash value or store credit.
- Daily Cap: Unless otherwise stated, members may not redeem more than 2 hours of pod time per calendar day.
- Non-Transferable: All memberships are non-transferable.
- Primary Account Holder Rule: The membership is tied to the primary purchaser, who must be physically present for the entire duration of any booking. AMP MODE reserves the right to require matching government-issued ID upon check-in.
- Off-Peak Hours: Mon-Thu
- Peak Hours: Fri, Sat & Sun and Holidays.
- Booking Window Limit: Membership allocations can be used to make reservations only for the membership period/term and up to 10 days in advance.

AMPED LIFE Membership Terms
- Use-It-Or-Lose-It: Allocated sessions strictly refresh at the start of each monthly billing cycle and do not roll over.
- Identity Protection: Memberships are non-transferable. The primary account holder must be physically present for the entire duration of the booking, and AMP MODE reserves the right to require matching government-issued ID upon check-in.
- Renewal: Auto-renews monthly; members can cancel anytime via the self-serve web dashboard.
- Booking Window Limit: Membership allocations can be used to make reservations only for the current billing period and up to 7 days in advance.
- Off-Peak Hours: Mon-Thu
- Peak Hours: Fri, Sat & Sun and Holidays.

- Off-Peak Exclusivity: Allocated sessions may be redeemed during Off-Peak hours.
- Anti-Stacking Rule: AMPlete members may not book two 30-minute sessions back-to-back to bypass the standard 1-hour minimums during peak times.
