Planning a mixed-age party?
Guests ages 4–6 can participate in age-appropriate games and levels. Because younger players may require closer assistance, please contact us before booking if children under 7 will be playing. We’ll confirm the pod assignments, game lineup, and whether additional staffing or the Junior Private Party would be a better fit.
Reserve with a deposit
Secure your booking with a non-refundable deposit of 25% of your reservation total, with a $100 minimum. Your deposit counts toward the total price. We’ll email you an invoice for the remaining balance, due one week before your event.

Everything Your Kids Private Party Needs
Kids Private parties combine organized active play with enough independence to keep ages 7–9 challenged and engaged. Your group receives exclusive use of AMP MODE, with active pods and play hosts matched to your package size.
Every Kids Private party includes:
- Exclusive use of the entire AMP MODE facility
- Two, three, or four active gaming pods, based on package size
- One play host for every two active pods
- A game lineup selected for ages 7–9
- Your selected play duration
- A 45-minute celebration after play
- A designated area for food and cake
- Assistance with ordinary post-party cleanup
Food, Cake & Celebration
After the games, your group receives 45 minutes to enjoy food, cake, gifts, and time together in our celebration area.
You may order food through AMP MODE, bring your own food and birthday cake, or combine the two.
Kids’ Food Package
Includes two slices of cheese pizza, a kids’ juice drink, and bottled water.
Dominos: $6 per child; Mountain Mike’s: $8 per child
Additional food and beverages may be selected from our Domino’s Menu (PDF) or Mountain Mike’s Menu (PDF). Food selections and quantities are final once the order has been placed with the restaurant.
There is no outside-food fee. If you bring outside food, please also bring the plates, cups, utensils, and serving supplies you will need.
You are welcome to bring themed tabletop decorations. Please contact us before bringing large installations or decorations that require wall or ceiling attachment. A $25 cleaning charge may apply only when an event requires substantially more than ordinary cleanup.
Games Selected for Ages 7–9
Players in this age group are ready for more challenge and teamwork while still benefiting from clear host guidance. Our hosts organize balanced teams, explain the games, and manage transitions so the children can stay focused on playing together.
The game lineup is tailored to the group’s size, experience, and energy level. Parties may include active team games such as Treasure Archer and Astro Battles. Some games may use smaller teams or rotations depending on the final player count.

Kids Private Party packages accommodate up to 24 participating players. If you expect a larger total attendance, need additional dining or outdoor setup, or have another special request, submit a proposal before booking.

Kids Private Party FAQs
Is there a minimum group size?
Smaller groups are welcome. Kids Private Parties require a minimum charge, so groups with fewer players reserve the Up to 12 package.
Is the entire facility private?
Yes. Your group receives exclusive use of AMP MODE during a Kids Private Party. The number of active gaming pods and play hosts is based on the package you reserve.
How many children play in each pod?
Kids Private Parties accommodate up to six players per active pod. The number of pods is matched to your package size.
How many play hosts will our party receive?
The Up to 12 package includes one play host across two active pods. The Up to 18 and Up to 24 packages include two play hosts across three or four active pods.
Do I need to pay the full amount when booking?
No. A non-refundable deposit of 25% of your reservation total, with a $100 minimum, secures your booking. The deposit is applied toward your total—it is not an additional fee. You’ll see the exact amount due before completing your reservation.
When and how do I pay the remaining balance?
We’ll email you an invoice with a payment link for the remaining balance, due one week before your event. Your deposit will be credited toward the total. Any additional purchases agreed upon afterward will be billed separately.
Is my deposit refundable if I cancel?
Your booking deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your event. If you need to change your date, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss available options.
Do I need to decide on food when I book?
No. You can reserve your event first and arrange food with us afterward. Once you confirm your selections and quantities, we’ll include the food charges on your balance invoice or send a separate invoice if needed. Food selections and quantities are final once the order has been placed.
Can we bring our own food and cake?
Yes. You may bring outside food and a birthday cake without an outside-food fee. Please bring any plates, cups, utensils, and serving supplies you need.
What happens if our player count increases?
If your group grows beyond 12 or 18 players, you will need to upgrade to the next package, subject to staffing and availability. Kids Private Party packages accommodate no more than 24 participating players.
Can we have more than 24 players?
The standard player capacity for a Kids Private Party is 24. Contact us before booking a larger group so we can review the total attendance and determine whether another event format is appropriate.
