Planning a mixed-age party?
Younger siblings and friends may be able to participate in selected games and levels. If players under 10 will be participating, please contact us before booking so we can confirm the appropriate package, pod assignments, game lineup, and staffing.
Reserve with a deposit
Secure your booking with a non-refundable deposit of 25% of your reservation total, with a $100 minimum. Your deposit counts toward the total price. We’ll email you an invoice for the remaining balance, due one week before your event.

Everything Your Older Kids & Teen Party Needs
These parties combine structured team competition with enough independence for older players to take ownership of the action. Your group receives reserved gaming pods, with the number of pods and the game lineup matched to your package size.
Every Older Kids & Teen Party includes:
- Two, three, or four reserved gaming pods, based on package size
- One dedicated event host throughout play and the celebration

- Assistance with ordinary post-party cleanup
Food, Cake & Celebration
After the games, your group receives 45 minutes to enjoy food, cake, gifts, and time together in our celebration area.
You may order food through AMP MODE, bring your own food and birthday cake, or combine the two.
Kids’ Food Package
Includes two slices of cheese pizza, a kids’ juice drink, and bottled water.
Dominos: $6 per child; Mountain Mike’s: $8 per child
Additional food and beverages may be selected from our Domino’s Menu (PDF) or Mountain Mike’s Menu (PDF). Food selections and quantities are final once the order has been placed with the restaurant.
There is no outside-food fee. If you bring outside food, please also bring the plates, cups, utensils, and serving supplies you will need.
You are welcome to bring themed tabletop decorations. Please contact us before bringing large installations or decorations that require wall or ceiling attachment. A $25 cleaning charge may apply only when an event requires substantially more than ordinary cleanup.
Games Built for Older Kids & Teens
Older players are ready for faster rounds, deeper strategy, and more competitive team challenges. Your dedicated host organizes balanced teams, explains each game, manages the tournament flow, and keeps the event moving.
The game lineup is tailored to your group’s size, experience, and energy level. Some games accommodate five players per pod, while others accommodate six. For larger groups, the host may select a large-group game lineup or use team rotations so everyone receives sufficient play time.
The 90-minute option is most popular for older kids and teens because it allows time for more games, rematches, and tournament rounds.
Planning a Custom Party?
Standard Older Kids & Teen packages accommodate up to 20 participating players. Events with 21 or more players require a customized game lineup, staffing plan, and total-attendance review.
Tell us your player count, total attendance, preferred date, play duration, and food plans. We’ll review the request and recommend an appropriate event format. Depending on the group, this may include tournament rotations or a private-facility configuration.

Is there a minimum group size?
The party package is priced for up to 10 players. Smaller groups may reserve the package at the same minimum price.
How many gaming pods will our group receive?
The Up to 10 package includes two reserved pods, the Up to 15 package includes three, and the Up to 20 package includes four.
Will our party have a dedicated host?
Yes. Our dedicated host organizes the teams, explains the games, manages the tournament flow, and remains with your event through the 45-minute celebration.
Will everyone play at the same time?
The game lineup is matched to your player count. Some games accommodate five players per pod, while others accommodate six. Your host may use smaller teams or rotations when needed so everyone receives sufficient play time.
Do I need to pay the full amount when booking?
No. A non-refundable deposit of 25% of your reservation total, with a $100 minimum, secures your booking. The deposit is applied toward your total—it is not an additional fee. You’ll see the exact amount due before completing your reservation.
When and how do I pay the remaining balance?
We’ll email you an invoice with a payment link for the remaining balance, due one week before your event. Your deposit will be credited toward the total. Any additional purchases agreed upon afterward will be billed separately.
Is my deposit refundable if I cancel?
Your booking deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your event. If you need to change your date, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss available options.
Do I need to decide on food when I book?
No. You can reserve your event first and arrange food with us afterward. Once you confirm your selections and quantities, we’ll include the food charges on your balance invoice or send a separate invoice if needed. Food selections and quantities are final once the order has been placed.
Can we bring our own food and cake?
Yes. You may bring outside food and a birthday cake without an outside-food fee. Please bring any plates, cups, utensils, and serving supplies you need.
What happens if our player count increases?
If your group grows beyond 10 or 15 players, you will need to upgrade to the next package. Standard online packages accommodate up to 20 players. Events with 21 or more players require a custom proposal.
Which play duration should we choose?
Sixty minutes works well for a focused event, while 75 minutes allows additional games. Ninety minutes is the most popular choice for older kids and teens because it allows more rounds, rematches, and tournament variety.
