Secure your booking with a non-refundable deposit of 25% of your reservation total, with a $100 minimum. Your deposit counts toward the total price. We’ll email you an invoice for the remaining balance, due one week before your event.

Food, Cake & Celebration
After the games, your group receives 45 minutes to enjoy food, cake, gifts, and time together in our celebration area.
You may order food through AMP MODE, bring your own food and birthday cake, or combine the two.
Kids’ Food Package
Includes two slices of cheese pizza, a kids’ juice drink, and bottled water.
Dominos: $6 per child; Mountain Mike’s: $8 per child
Additional food and beverages may be selected from our Domino’s Menu (PDF) or Mountain Mike’s Menu (PDF). Food selections and quantities are final once the order has been placed with the restaurant.
There is no outside-food fee. If you bring outside food, please also bring the plates, cups, utensils, and serving supplies you will need.
You are welcome to bring themed tabletop decorations. Please contact us before bringing large installations or decorations that require wall or ceiling attachment. A $25 cleaning charge may apply only when an event requires substantially more than ordinary cleanup.

Standard online packages accommodate up to 24 players for younger groups and up to 20 players for ages 10+.
Request a custom-party proposal if you’re planning:
- A Junior party with 25–32 players
- An event with 21 or more older kids or teens

Birthday Party FAQs
Which party should I choose?
Start with the birthday child’s age. Junior Private Parties are designed for age 6, Kids Private Parties for ages 7–9, and Older Kids & Teen Parties for ages 10 and older.
What if the children span multiple age groups?
Start with the birthday child’s age. Younger siblings and friends—including children ages 4 and 5—can participate in appropriate games and levels. The number and ages of younger players may affect the pod assignments and staffing. Contact us before booking if the group includes a substantial number of younger players or if a three-year-old will be playing. Birthday parties for children turning 4 or 5 are not currently offered as standard online packages.
Can I book if we have fewer players than the smallest package?
Yes. Smaller groups may reserve the smallest applicable package at the same minimum package price.
Do I need to pay the full amount when booking?
No. A non-refundable deposit of 25% of your reservation total, with a $100 minimum, secures your booking. The deposit is applied toward your total—it is not an additional fee. You’ll see the exact amount due before completing your reservation.
When and how do I pay the remaining balance?
We’ll email you an invoice with a payment link for the remaining balance, due one week before your event. Your deposit will be credited toward the total. Any additional purchases agreed upon afterward will be billed separately.
Is my deposit refundable if I cancel?
Your booking deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your event. If you need to change your date, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss available options.
Do I need to decide on food when I book?
No. You can reserve your event first and arrange food with us afterward. Once you confirm your selections and quantities, we’ll include the food charges on your balance invoice or send a separate invoice if needed. Food selections and quantities are final once the order has been placed.
How long does a party last?
Choose 60, 75, or 90 minutes of play. Every birthday package also includes a 45-minute celebration after play.
Can we bring our own food and cake?
Yes. You may bring outside food and a birthday cake without an outside-food fee. Please bring any plates, cups, utensils, and serving supplies you need.
Can we order food through AMP MODE?
Yes. Food options may be added to your party. You can also bring outside food or use a combination of both.
What if our player count changes?
Your package has a maximum included player count. If your count crosses a package threshold, you will need to upgrade, subject to staffing and availability.
Do you offer parties for children younger than six?
Our standard birthday packages are currently designed for birthday children turning 6 or older. Children ages 4 and 5 may participate as guests in appropriate games and levels, but we do not currently advertise standard birthday parties for children turning 4 or 5.
What if our group is larger than the online packages?
Use the Custom Party Proposal form. We’ll review the age range, number of players, estimated attendance, staffing, game format, and facility setup before recommending an option.
